Yanghe Daqu is produced by Yanghe distillery in Siyang County, Jiangsu Province. During the reign of Emperor Yongzheng of the Qing Dynasty, Yanghe Daqu had been sold in the area of Jianghuai. According to records, Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty stayed in Suqian for seven days during his second tour to the south. Yanghe Daqu is named after its place of origin. It is a Luzhou flavor Daqu wine. Before liberation, Yanghe Daqu, a traditional Daqu, was dying because of years of war.
